Supplements are widely used in sports nutrition, but determining whether a product is safe, effective, and of high quality can be challenging. From ingredient sourcing and scientific substantiation to third-party testing and real-world use by athletes, multiple factors influence the quality and reliability of a dietary supplement.

This webinar will bring together experts from research, the dietary supplement industry, and applied sports nutrition to explore the current landscape of supplement standardization and quality control. Speakers will discuss how supplements are evaluated, what practitioners and athletes should consider when assessing product quality, the role of third-party testing and scientific evidence, and how these considerations translate into real-world sports nutrition practice.

Attendees will gain practical insights to help them better evaluate supplement products, interpret quality and safety information, and make informed, evidence-based decisions regarding supplement use in athletic populations.
