Dr. Rick Mattes is a Distinguished Professor of Nutrition Science at Purdue University, Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine and Affiliated Scientist at the MonellChemical Senses Center. He is the Head of the Purdue Ingestive Behavior Research Center, was a member of the 2020 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee and is a past-president of the American Society of Nutrition.

Dr. Robert Considine is Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. His research is focused on understanding the contribution of obesity to the development of diabetes and its complications. He is Associate Director of the Indiana University School of Medicine NIH funded Diabetes Center Translation Core and Administrative Director of the Diabetes Center at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute.
