NUTRITION 2026 Presidential Symposium - One Health in a Global Context: Food Systems, Nutrition, and Human Health (NUTRITION 2026 On Demand Collection)

This course is included in the NUTRITION 2026 On Demand Collection.

The NUTRITION 2026 Presidential Symposium will examine how a One Health framework links agriculture, food systems, and human health, positioning nutrition science as a bridge between them. Featuring leaders from CGIAR and ICDDR, this session will highlight how climate-resilient agriculture, food system diversification, and locally produced foods translate into healthier diets, resilient gut microbiomes, and improved growth and health outcomes, particularly for women and children in climate-stressed and food-insecure settings.

Originally presented at NUTRITION 2026, ASN's flagship meeting which was held July 25-28 in National Harbor, MD
