It's Time to Quantify Intake Recommendations for Dietary Bioactives (NUTRITION 2023 On Demand Collection)

This course is included in the NUTRITION 2023 On Demand Collection.

This activity focuses on applying dietary bioactive research for impact. A recent article in Advances in Nutrition established a framework for developing recommended intakes of bioactive dietary substances. Join an esteemed panel of experts for a discussion on dietary bioactives that are prime for translation by researchers and practitioners, including lutein/zeaxanthin for eye health and long-chain omega-3s to support normal term pregnancy.
