Behind the Scenes @ Nutrition for Precision Health (Attendee Collection)

This course is included in the NUTRITION 2023 On Demand Collection (Free for Registered Meeting Attendees).

The National Institutes of Health predicts that precision nutrition will become a mainstay in medical care by 2030. Developing algorithms that predict individual responses to food and dietary patterns is the goal of the NIH Common Fund’s Nutrition for Precision Health, powered by the All of Us Research Program. Enrollment of 10,000 participants will commence this year for this effort that is guiding the future of nutrition science.

Study leaders provide an insider’s view on the preparations:

  • How the study is being designed;
  • Details of protocol and diet development;
  • Potential predictive measures to be collected;
  • and the sophisticated data analysis being planned.
