Transforming Food Systems: What Needs to Be Done? (Recording)

The United Nations Food System Summit has called for a radical transformation of food systems in order to achieve many of the Sustainable Development Goals.  There is an urgent need  for food systems globally to undergo dramatic changes to produce a sustainable, healthy diet. All aspects of food systems -environment, nutrition/health, economic, social and cultural – must be considered in order to effectively transform food systems.  The momentum for change is here, it is now time to act.
