Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping how scientific research is conducted. This webinar introduces early career nutrition researchers to the evolution of AI technologies, their potential applications across the research process, and emerging concerns related to environmental sustainability. Speakers will also discuss ethical considerations, including bias, transparency, and equity, to help researchers use AI responsibly in nutrition and dietetics research.

  3. Recognize ethical considerations related to the use of AI in research, including issues of bias, transparency, authorship, equity, and responsible use of AI-generated outputs
