This course is included in the NUTRITION 2025 On Demand Collection.
AI is a prevalent tool in our society that can be leveraged to promote productivity, reduce the time dedicated to consuming tasks, and streamline communication across institutions. However, the abundance of AI programs and improper use can hinder success, cause uncertainty, and undermine the rigors of scientific research.
Learning Objectives
- Identify when and where it is appropriate to use AI in scientific research and the publication process
- Explain how to properly acknowledge AI and defend your choice to use AI in your work
- Describe the ethical concerns regarding the use of AI and how to navigate these discussions
Organized by ASN's Student Interest Group (SIG)
Originally presented at NUTRITION 2025, ASN's flagship meeting which was held May 31 to June 3 in Orlando, FL.
