ASN 3-Part Webinar Series: Exploring Evidence Gaps Highlighted by the 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee’s Review of the Science
ASN’s 3-part webinar series provides support navigating the Scientific Report of the 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) and takes a deeper dive into topics where the DGAC found the evidence to be lacking.
Topics and areas to be covered include future needs for adolescent nutrition research, how food pattern modeling and diet simulations can be used to analyze diet quality and support research, understanding implementation science and behavioral nutrition factors that influence dietary intake and health, and accommodating for cultural responsiveness in behavioral nutrition strategies.
These webinars will showcase the current state of the evidence on each of these topics, based on the recent 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee review of the evidence.
